Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Some Spectre Offices services may be purchased as a subscription, fixed-term package, or recurring service. This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and service changes are handled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription with Spectre Offices, you are purchasing access to a recurring or fixed-term business service. This may include, but is not limited to, virtual office services, registered office address services, director service address services, mail handling, business support services, or related administrative services.
Your subscription will be based on the service package, duration, and billing frequency selected at the time of purchase.
Your payment details may be stored securely by our payment provider and you may be charged automatically in accordance with the subscription terms you agreed to at checkout, unless you have paid in advance for a fixed service period.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next renewal date.
Cancelling or Changing a Subscription

Please include your name, company name where applicable, order details, and the service you wish to cancel or amend.
Cancellation requests should be made before your next billing or renewal date. If a payment has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future billing periods only, unless otherwise agreed by Spectre Offices.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any active, used, or already-started service period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
Fixed-Term Services
Where a service is purchased for a fixed term, including but not limited to a 12-month address service, annual subscription, or fixed service package, the service will remain active for the agreed period unless cancelled or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Fixed-term service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, made available, or used.
Renewals
Where a service is set to renew automatically, payment will be taken using the payment method provided at checkout or held securely by our payment provider.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date. If payment fails, your service may be suspended, restricted, or cancelled.
Service Changes
If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or amend your service, please contact us at:

We will review your request and confirm whether the requested change is available. Any changes may be subject to additional charges, revised service terms, or approval checks.
Termination by Spectre Offices
Spectre Offices reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a subscription or service where we reasonably believe that our services, address, website, business name, or facilities are being misused, or where a customer fails to comply with our Terms of Service, verification requirements, payment obligations, or applicable laws and regulations.
Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on the type of service purchased, whether the service has been activated, and whether any work has already been carried out.
