Does my registered office address need to be in the same country as my company?

Yes. Your registered office must be in the same country where your company is incorporated. For example, a company incorporated in England and Wales must have a registered office in England or Wales.

How do I change my registered office address?

Is a director service address the same as a registered office address?

Mail received at your Spectre Offices address is handled according to your chosen service. This can include mail forwarding to your preferred address or mail scanning, where your mail is opened, scanned and sent to you digitally by email.
