Refund Policy
At Spectre Offices, we aim to provide a clear and transparent service to all customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order or purchasing any of our services.
7-Day Refund Request Period
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at:

Your refund request must include your name, order details, company name where applicable, and the reason for your request.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be considered where the service has not yet been activated, processed, used, or provided.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot usually be issued once work has begun, documentation has been prepared, account setup has been completed, mail handling has commenced, address usage has been authorised, or the service has otherwise been activated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Virtual office address services
- Registered office address services
- Director service address services
- Companies House services
- HMRC and VAT services
- Business support services
- Mail handling or forwarding services
- Any bespoke or administrative service carried out on your behalf
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once purchased or activated, including services that involve administrative processing, address authorisation, document preparation, company filing support, or third-party submissions.
Where a service has been purchased for a fixed term, including an annual subscription or 12-month service package, the fee is non-refundable once the service has been activated or made available to you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at contact@spectreoffices.co.uk as soon as possible.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund, particularly where the service has already started, been used, or been made available to you.
For subscription-based services, cancellation will stop future renewals where applicable, but it will not usually result in a refund for any active or already-paid service period.
Incorrect Orders or Issues
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you have purchased the wrong service or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at:

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@spectreoffices.co.uk.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Submitting a return request through your customer account
- Contacting us directly at contact@spectreoffices.co.uk.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods and services, such as custom-made or personalised items. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your order qualifies.
